Mr. Samuel Adu-Gyamfi
Group CEO
Mr. Samuel Adu-Gyamfi, having worked with SG Bank Ghana Limited for 12 years, joined Agate Enterprise & Transport Services Limited (AETS). He is currently the Group Chief Executive Officer of Agate Mabot Company Limited and Agate Enterprise & Transport Services Limited and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Aston University – UK. He has undergone several trainings in supervisory, management and technical support services in Japan, the United States of America and some local training centres and therefore well-endowed in management and administration. He holds a certificate in Leadership & Management from GIMPA, Ghana. He is also a founding and an executive member of the Ghana Road Transport Coordinating Council (GRTCC). He has a strong passion for excellence and dedication to work.

Mr. Patrick Bediako
Deputy Group CEO
Mr. Patrick Bediako holds an EMBA from GIMPA, a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from GIMPA and Full Technological Certificate (FTC) from City & Guilds, Motor Vehicle Technician Part IIII also from City & Guilds. He joined Agate in 2001 but prior to that, he was the Operations Officer at Wahome Steel Limited at Tema from 1996 to 2000 in charge of heavy-duty trucks and small vehicles as well as the workshop and vehicle movement. From 1991-1996, he worked with Dupaul Wood Treatment Gh. Limited at Takoradi as Transport Officer in charge of vehicle movement, vehicle repairs and maintenance and fuelling and general workshop administration. He was with Residual Industrial Company as the Service Foreman from 1989 to 1991. He is fifty-eight (58) years of age.
He has participated in many courses in efficient lubrication for Enhanced Performance, Transport Management, Leadership skill, Development and Effective Management organised by Ghana Oil (GOIL), Management Development and Productivity Institute.

Mrs. Grace Adu-Gyamfi Minkah
Managing Director
She holds a degree in Business Administration, Accounting option and an EMBA, Finance option from the University of Ghana, Legon. As part of her EMBA program, she attended the 16th Annual Africa Business Conference at Harvard Business School, the Global Business and Strategy program at Wharton University of Pennsylvania, the International Business Certificate Program at Fox School of Business and Executive Education program at Yale School of Management. She has undergone a professional education with BPP, Manchester. She is also at the final stage of ACCA certification. She has 8 years of working experience in the fields of Accounting and Finance and has worked at Agate Enterprise & Transport Services Limited for 7 years. She is thirty-two (32) years of age and currently the Managing Director of Agate Enterprise & Transport Services Limited.

Mr. Jacob Kofi Gyasi
Deputy Managing Director
He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Cape Coast and degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA). He is also part qualified of Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. He is thirty-seven (37) years of age. He has 16 years of working experience in the fields of Accounting and Finance and has worked at Agate Enterprise & Transport Services Limited for 11 years with the Finance, Operations and Corporate departments. He is currently the Deputy Managing Director of Agate Enterprise & Transport Services Limited.
